The Sites Project Authority is committed to providing requested records as quickly and efficiently as possible. To help us provide you with the most accurate and timely response, please specifically identify the information that you are requesting. All public records of the Sites Project Authority are available for review by the public in accordance with the California Public Records Act, Section 6250 and following the Government Code section 6253.4, subdivision (a). Disclosable records will be determined based on the exemptions described in Section 6254 of the Public Records Act.
The Authority will review and determine if records can be provided within 10 calendar days after receiving the request. If additional time is needed due to unusual circumstances or the need for clarification of the request, the requester will be notified as soon as possible.
A public records request can be submitted by the requester to the Authority:
- In-person at 122 Old Highway 99 West, Maxwell, CA 95955 between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Authority will furnish photocopies of a reasonable number of the uncertified document to any person making a request and paying a fee of $0.10 a page for a standard 8.5” X 11” double-sided printed page in black and white with a minimum of $5.00 per request. Payment can be made by check or credit card.
